Eligibility: Evaluation will be done.Service Description: Provides assistance with one or more home-related activities, such as light housekeeping, light meal preparation, laundry, and errands.AKA: VNABackground Checks: YesComments:*Provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies.*Nurses monitor vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate, medication, and any special diet.*Home Health Aids provide assistance with health-related services such as administering oral medications, exercises, bathing, grooming, and dressing needs.*Also able to assist with light housekeeping needs, grocery shopping, and errands.*Provides screenings and education events in the community.
