Eligibility: Open to anyone. Based on needs, will have to do an assessment.Service Description: Provides assistance with one or more home-related activities, such as light housekeeping, light meal preparation, laundry, errands. Personal care services also available including: bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and overall safety assurance.AKA: BrightStar Care, BrightStar CRDM, LLCBackground Checks: Yes; Employees.Comments:*Skilled RN services available.*Medication reminders and set up available.*Will use a lift if needed.*Work done by health care workers and CNAs who are trained.*24/7 on call phone line.*May be able to provide transportation services upon receiving other services.
