Eligibility: Available to anyone experiencing homelessness, poverty, and violence, or needing affordable child care.Service Description: Provides case planning, resource referrals, emergency shelter referrals and financial assistance referrals. Call: 1-800-208-0388 or 319-363-2093.*Domestic Violence Victim Services Program (DV Program) offers free, confidential services to domestic violence victims and survivors, as well as their families. Services include: Support groups, 24/7 resource and support line, peer counseling, legal and medical advocacy as well as information and referrals.*Call: 319-366-7999 for Shelter and Housing Services. This line is available 24/7.*Housing Services include: Coordinated Entry, Homeless Diversion/Eviction Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing, and Tenant Academy. Waypoint is able to connect homeless households with local shelters.*Walk-in support is offered Mon-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.*Childcare Center, "KidsPoint" available for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.*Offers Homeless Prevention Assessment for residents Marion, Jasper, and Warren Counties. Residents are placed on a community wide housing list for the region.Services
