Eligibility: Currently accepting Medicare, VA, private insurance, and self pay patients.Service Description: An agency that provides assistance with one or more home-related activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and/or errands.AKA: N/ABackground Check: Yes; Employees.Comments:*Patients are placed on nursing care plan based on assessment. *Physical and Occupational Therapies. *Dietitian Services, Visiting Nurse, and Fitness and Exercise Instructor also available.*Office hours are listed. Saturdays: Administration on call only, Sundays: On call only. Services available outside of these hours.*Transportation to appointments, social activities, and other errands available if receiving additional services.
