Eligibility: An application must be completed and services approved to receive this benefit. Required information on the application includes questions for each member of the household regarding: name, address, birthdate, social security number, income, resources, other benefits currently being received, etc.Service Description: Programs that provide food subsidies, free food, or low-cost food to eligible individuals. Examples of such programs include, but are not limited to: SNAP [Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program] (the food assistance program administered by DHS - formerly called food stamps), the Farmer Market coupon program, food banks, the SHARE program, etc.AKA: noneBackground checks: Performed on all social workers.Comments: Hardin and Marshall County DHS in the same office in Marshalltown.
