Eligibility: Adults with disabilities.Service Description: Provides a variety of services to individuals with disabilities in Jones County and surrounding areas.AKA: ASJCBackground Checks: N/AComments:*Day Habilitation: Designed to assist or support individuals with developing or maintaining life skills and community integration. Provided in a group setting.*Supported Employment: Designed to help individuals with disabilities find and maintain community employment. Individuals are provided with training and a job coach to assist with ongoing support needs.*Supported Community Living: Designed to assist or support the individual with acquiring, developing, or maintaining life skills. The program is designed to allow the individual to live as independently as possible with supports. Services are offered on an hourly or daily basis depending on need.*Respite: Services available to provide temporary relief for families and caregivers of persons with disabilities.
