Eligibility: Age 60 or older; disabled age 18 and older; ill or convalescent, orders from physician.Service Description: Providing hands-on assistance, standby assistance, supervision or cues for someone who is having difficulty with activities of daily living.AKA:Background Checks: YesComments:*Contract out to Public Health Agency to do this service.*Have an agreement with County, MIDAS, & Hospital -if going to doctors appointment anywhere in county Pocahontas or Laurens, can ride MIDAS bus free of charge.
