Eligibility: Open to all seniors, but primarily for seniors with memory impairments. Must have doctor orders.Service Description: An Assisted Living program for clients with memory loss which provides housing with 3 or more services. Services may include but are not limited to health-related care, personal care and assistance with instrumental activities of daily living. Assisted Living facilities are required by Iowa law to be certified through the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals.
