Eligibility: Veterans residing in Johnson County; must have photo ID, Military Discharge Papers.Service Description: Provides assistance to Veterans and their families with determining eligibility for programs they may be eligible for.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: NoComments:*Assists Veterans with understanding and completing applications for potential benefits they may be eligible for.*May be able to assist Veterans who were Honorably discharged from their military service who find themselves in need of temporary emergency assistance with rent, utilities, or groceries.*May also be able to assist with burial/cremation expenses for Veteran or eligible dependent family member.*Office hours listed; appointments encouraged.
