Eligibility: Age 55 and older. A representative of the care center meets with the potential resident/or their caregiver(s) to be certain needs and services are a good match. Service Description: Health-related care, personal care (bathing, hygiene, grooming, etc.), and assistance with instrumental activities of daily living.
