Eligibility: Open to individuals with Parkinson's and their caregivers living in the Cedar Rapids area.Service Description: Provides free education, referral, wellness, and support to individuals living with Parkinson's and their care partners.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: N/AComments:*Monthly support/education meetings available for both people with Parkinson's and care partners on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 4:00. Meetings are held at the DeWolf Innovation Center for Aging and Dementia (900 C Ave NE Cedar Rapids)*Wellness programs offered include: Moving with PD exercise, chair yoga, ParkinSingers Vocal Exercise & Singing, PD Dance may be held in person or via Zoom.
