Eligibility: No special age group or restrictions. Potential residents meet with care team to be certain needs and services are a good match for each other. Service Description: Provides extended health care services and rehabilitation services for people whose illnesses or functional impairments make them unable to care for themselves. AKA: noneBackground Checks: Performed on all employees.Comments:* Secure outdoor courtyard, and all resident rooms on one main level.* Physician ordered special or restricted diets are accommodated.* A podiatrist comes to the center approximately every 6 weeks. Also, coordinate needed visits from other specialized physicians.*Services include: 24-hour skilled nursing care; Post-operative care; Pain management; Wound care management; IV therapy; Medication management; Tube feeding; Intravenous feeding/TPN; Bariatric care; Offer physical, occupational and speech therapy. Daily laundry and linen services.* Planned recreational activities include: Entertainment by musicians and singers; Arts and crafts; Special events; Fun and challenging games; Regular outings to area attractions* Provide a van to take patients to appointments, etc. Otherwise uses MET transportation for client transit.* On site Beauty Salon.*Accepts Iowa Medicaid.
