May require orders from doctor.Service Description: Provides medical equipment.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: N/AComments:*Mastectomy (Certified Fitter/Insurance)*WIC Provider.*Oxygen, Non-Invasive Ventilation, CPAP equipment and supplies, nebulizers, BIPAP.*Diabetic shoes and compression stockings (Insurance)*Power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, crutches, and canes.*Bath chairs, stool risers, bath tub lifts, etc.*Personal Care (Ostomy supplies, urological supplies, wound care)*Home assessments can be completed for no cost. This will determine if modifications can be made. *Modifications may include: portable and modular ramps, grab bar installation, roll-in showers, widening door ways, wheelchair lifts, home elevators, stair lifts, walk-in tubs, tub cut outs, and platform lifts.*Items can also be rented.
