Eligibility: Mom's Meals are intended for people who need prepared meals delivered. If the person has ANY waivers, the case manager needs to call for services.Service Description: Prepare, package, and deliver refrigerated, ready to heat and eat meals directly to the customer. *Meals are packaged to keep refridgerated for up to two weeks. *Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 5 PM for following week deliveries.*Order what you want from menu - minimum of 10 meals per order.*Bilingual representatives are available.*Menus are in Spanish as well as in English.
