Eligibility: Must complete assessment.Service Description: Housing complex for seniors which includes 3 levels of care: Enhanced Living, Independent Living, and Assisted Living.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: Yes; Employees.Comments:*Enhanced Living: Includes supportive services for residents with cognitive impairment or other needs requiring additional supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, activity planning or social interaction. Monthly fee covers all lifestyle service level fees.*Independent Living: Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom options available. Rent includes 3 meals/day, access to 24/7 staff, Wifi, basic cable, and all utilities, every other week housekeeping services, and access to an emergency pendant.*Assisted Living: Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom options available. Rent includes 3 meals/day, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, utilities, and access to 24/7 staff and access to an emergency pendant. Extra service levels are offered at an additional fee.
