Eligibility: Anyone affected by Alzheimer's Disease.Service Description: Advocate for research while enhancing care and support services for individuals and their families. Care Consultations: Help people navigate through the decisions and uncertainties that people with Alzheimer’s and their families face at each stage of the disease. Provide care consultation services by telephone, e-mail or in person (including assessment of needs, assistance with planning and problem solving and supportive listening).
