Must complete an application for home repair program.Service Description: An agency dedicated to building and rehabilitating affordable homes to families in need. Home Repair Program available to assist with home repairs and modifications.Background Checks: N/AAKA: CVHHComments:*Typical repairs include: roof repairs, window installation, bathroom modifications, trip hazard removal, accessibility adaptations, home preservation. Will not do structural, foundations, lead and mold abatement, or trash removal.*Will work on mobile homes.*Must own and occupy the home.*Must provide proof of home insurance.*Must meet income guidelines.*Complete sweat equity hours.*Call to receive application.
