Do assessment to be sure can cover needs of individual.Service Description: 10 assisted living units can get services as needed AKA: n/aBackground Check: Yes on employees; Check sex offender list on applicant/residentsComments:*10 assisted living units connect onto Odebolt Nursing Center, (two 1 bedroom and 8 studio) but completely independent from nursing home. *Offer 3 meals daily, light housekeeping,linen service weekly. Residents pay rent/board & services, Eligible residents can receive HUD assistance on rent and medicaid can help pay for extra services. Accept those on elderly waiver, low income Iowans.*Office hours listed; services offered 24/7
