Eligibility: Seniors, disabled or those recuperating from injury, illness unable prepare own meals.Service Description: A hot nutritious meal delivered to an individual's home Monday thru Friday at noon by church volunteers in Sheldon city limitsAKA:Background checks: YesComments: *Jewel Kruse-Doely works at Sanford Home Health & Hospice she is contact to call to order meals. Call 8:30am- 5:00pm or can leave message on phone *Have a contract with bakery - restaurant in Sheldon who cook and prepare meals, volunteers go pick up meals at bakery -restaurant then volunteers deliver out to homes of those signed up. Sanford Home Health & Hospice only do billing for the meals not sponsored by Sanford Home Health & Hospice. Jewel and other volunteers a private group just helping so individuals have a hot meal.
