Eligibility: Anyone who had a stroke or caregiver wanting support and information.Service Description: Support group for stroke patients and their caregiversAKA: noneBackground Check: noComments:*New group started in April meets 3rd Wednesday each month at 11:00 AM-11:45 AM at hospital in Atrium upstairs conference rooms (enter at hospital main lobby - elevator available.)*Meet 4/15/15, 5/20/15, 6/17/15, 7/15/15, 8/19/15, 9/16/15, 10/21/15, 11/18/15 & 12/16/15 ongoing each month *Try to have speaker at each meeting, group can call others during month to talk. Kathy sends reminder postcard out before meetings.*Notice of meeting in Messenger paper day meeting being held also Sunday/Monday before meeting.
