Transportation for errands, shopping, and appointments may be available upon receiving other services.*Provides free Long-Term Care Insurance reviews and advocacy as well as VA Benefit assistance.*Offers Senior Housing Placement in Linn and Johnson Counties.*Emergency Alert Pendants available.*Office hours listed; phones answered 24/7. Services available outside of these hours, 1-24 hours per day; minimum of 2 hours daily, 4 hours weekly.*Parts of Jones and Muscatine Counties served. Services available in Henry, Louisa, Lee, and Des Moines Counties dependent upon staff availability.
