Transportation for errands, shopping, and appointments may be available upon receiving other services.*Provides free Long-Term Care Insurance reviews and advocacy as well as VA Benefit assistance.*Offers Senior Housing Placement in Linn and Johnson Counties.*Emergency Alert Pendants available.*Office hours listed; phones answered 24/7. Services available outside of these hours, 1-24 hours per day; minimum of 4 hours/week required.
