Eligibilty:All services are open to the general public. Service description: The RTA is a private non-profit corporation. The RTA has been in operation since 1976. In 1987 RTA was the first Iowa regional transit system to construct its own maintenance and office facility, which was expanded in 1995. Days/Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 7 a.m. to Noon; Friday until 9 p.m. in O'Brien county only. Fares Structure: Vary by County
