Eligibility: People with mental illness, intellectual disability, developmental disability, or brain injury who reside in Boone County.Service Description: Service coordination provides resource information and referrals for services available in the community, including state and federal programs. Funding eligibility for mental health and community-based services is determined through an application process. AKA: Franklin County Community Services, Central Iowa Community Services, CICSBackground Checks: Performed on all employees.Comments:Do not have interpreters on site but can provide if needed Services: * Referrals * Service coordination * Funding for community based services for qualifying populations
