Eligibility: Individuals 65+ Service Description: Assisted Living Facilities offer a housing alternative for older adults who may need assistance with activities of daily living. Services provided at an Assisted Living Facility may include but are not limited to dressing, bathing, and medication management. Assisted Living facilities are required by Iowa law to be certified through the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: YesComments:*1 and 2 bedroom apartments available.*Only service animals allowed. Must show proof of disability.*Tenants are responsible for rent, utilities, and amenities. Also responsible for support services and meals that are not covered by Medicaid or Medicare.*Monthy amenities program available for participates for additional cost. Program includes emergency response pendant, access to overnight staff, and activities.
