Eligibility: Active retirees who are not in need of nursing care or personal assistance.Service Description: Citizens who are relatively healthy. Communities are in an apartment setting. Provides minimal or no assistance with health care. AKA:Background Checks: Done on employees who work there and residentsComments:*28 apts connected by hallway to nursing home.*Each apartment has hook ups for phone and internet not included with utilities.*Basic cable is included with utilities*Need to pay for van to transport if trip is not a nursing home activity. Cost is $5-per trip.*Some services may be purchased from nursing home*Daily church services*May participate in all Marian Home activities*Call for more information.
