Eligibility: Open to all who need assistance and cannot drive.Service Description: Wheelchair accessible transportation services to doctors appointments, dialysis, weddings, funerals, church service, and social events.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: N/AComments:*Private pay; unable to bill Medicaid, Social Security or any private insurance.*May be able to assist clients out/into homes if needed. Also can accompany clients to appointments and verify they are at the correct location.*If cancellation occurs with notice less than 2 hours before pick up time, a dispatch fee will be billed to client.*One escort is free. There will be additional charges if more than 1 escort is accompanying the client.*Wheelchairs are available to rent for an additional fee for appointments.
