Eligibility: Must live in approved lending area within Cedar Rapids.Service Description: Provides unique lending programs and other services to facilitate neighborhood revitalization in Cedar Rapids through partnerships with residents, governments, community-based organizations, lending institutions and the business community.AKA: NFCBackground Checks: N/AComments:*Offers loans for purchasing homes, refinancing, home improvement, exterior repairs, and down payment assistance.*Exterior repairs may include: new siding, windows, doors, sewer, ramps, and more. Unable to assist with landscaping or kitchen appliances. May be able to assist in emergency situations such as replacement of A/C units or furnace units.*Unable to work on mobile homes or condos.
