Program Information:*Eligible exterior housing improvements include items such as roofs, siding, windows, and gutters.*Emergency housing improvements may include ramps and other accessibility improvement, furnaces, and water and sewer lines.*Homeowners who are buying a house under a land sales contract are not eligible unless the home can be refinanced with a conventional mortgage.*The majority of funding is available in the form of a non-repayable loan. Some households may have a limited repayment at 0% interest rate.To apply for the Region 6 ousing Trust Fund, the first step is to complete a simple pre-application in English or Spanish. A more detailed application will be needed when your case is ready for review.
