Eligibility: Adults with disabilities.Service Description: Provides a variety of services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as those with brain injuries.AKA: N/ABackground Checks: Yes Comments:*Coralville office oversees programs in Coralville, Iowa City, and Washington.*1 8-bed facility in Coralville and 1 in Washington. The facilities provide 24/7 supervision with a wide array of social, medical/nursing, daily activities of living, and behavioral planning options.*Also provides Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs in Coralville in Iowa City. This program offers a smaller living environment where 3-4 people live in the community and their supports are based on the needs of each individual.*Office hours listed; services available outside of these hours.
