Eligibility: Seniors 55+, and disabled any age.Service Description: Residential homes or facilities that offer personal care and individual attention for older adults, people with disabilities and other populations whose limitations prevent them from living alone. AKA: N/ABackground Checks: YesComments:*Evergreen Estates I, II, and III are all certified Community Residential Care communities certified by the VA.*Elevator.*Private rooms with bathroom.*Daily housekeeping and laundry services.*Meals and snacks provided daily.*Scheduled transportation.*Medication administration by nursing staff.*12 independent apartments located in a separate building in addition to the residential care facility. Individuals living in these apartments do not receive services through Evergreen Estates but can receive in home services through an agency of their choosing.
