Do not provide assistance with the activities of daily living and may or may not be subsidized.AKA: formerly Roosevelt SchoolBackground Checks: Performed on all employees and tenants.Comment:* This complex gets very few subsidized residents, as the apartments rent quickly and the waiting list is quite long to get approved for Section 8 subsidized housing. * Residents are eligible to file rent reimbursements.*An elevator as the apartments are not all on ground floor.* Mediacom is the only option for phone, cable and internet (which the tenant is responsible for these fees).* Washer and dryer hookup in each unit. * Pets allowed within guidelines -pet deposit required.
