Eligibility: Any senior in La Porte City.Service Description: Provides telephone reassurance for the elderly 7 days a week. Each individual has a file containing three emergency contacts with home phone and cell phone numbers (one contact must be in the local area). If the responder and/or the individual do not respond, the telecare representative will check on the individual via the La Porte City police department.
