Eligibility: 55 years and older (if on elderly waiver the age is 65) Service Description: Studio apartments. Services include monthly wellness check, assistance with personal care (bathing, hygiene, grooming, etc.), housekeeping, linen laundry and three meals each day. Laundry facility available for personal laundry (or can be done for them at an extra charge).
