Eligibility: Individuals 18+ with health challenges.Service Description: Provide care and supervision for dependent adults in a protective setting for a portion of a 24 hour day that does not exceed 16 hours.AKA: Pathways, ASIBackground Checks: Yes; Employees.Comments:*Free visit day available to try out the program.*Various activities and socialization opportunities available throughout the week.*Visit website or call for monthly activity calendar. *Support Group for Caregivers meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM.
