Eligibility: Must be a resident of 1 of 9 counties within the East Central Region. Some services are based on financial and diagnostic eligibility.Service Description: Funds needed supports and services for individuals with qualifying diagnoses or disabilities.AKA: ECRBackground Checks: Yes; employees.Comments:*Assists with completing and processing applications for services.*Provides information and answers questions about available regional services.*Provides funding for services such as outpatient and inpatient mental health services, crisis response services, commitment costs, support for community living, support for employment, recovery services, service coordination, jail diversion, and residential care facilities.*Counties served within the East Central Region include: Bremer, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Iowa, and Johnson.
